50 cl bottle, bought at a random shop in Gdynia, Poland. My bottle says 8,0% ABV. Bottled 2010, best before 2015. Deep dark brown/black, big beige head, quickly dissipating leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is soft roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, slight paint. Taste is softly balanced by coffee, vanilla, malt, and a finish that’s more sweet than bitter. Well hidden alcohol. Big body, soft carbo. Good!

Bottle from Polish Stanley's house of Borscht.. . Cola, blackened metal, and dark malt .. Mouth is a tad light .. Rather nice, albeit light .. . . Is that cat doing lines of Parmesan cheese?! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Baltic porter. New experience. 50cl bottle, 8% ABV, Deep brown, two finger head in the glass, dying down fast. Aroma and taste is cherry, dark fruits, alcohol, dark chocolate and a hint of cocoa. Full body, soft carbonation, long finish, not very bitter, but quite sweet. "Piwem Roku 2010" and "best before october 23. 2015" on the label. Does that mean it’s brewed in 2010 and stored for nearly 5 years? Bottle itself is a collector’s item, happy to have this one on my display shelf.

butelka, warka 8.07/2015 (czyli chwilke po terminie). Wyglad pozytywnie, choc piana nietrwala. aromaty tradycyjnie: sliwki (duzo sliwek), czekolada, kawa, palonosc, pumpernikel, pralinki. smak sie zgadza z tym mniej wiecej, slodko, ale tez duzo kwaskowatosci, moze troche za duzo jej nawet. dosc pelne, nisko nagazowane. bardzo dobre.

Bottle from Civic IGA, Canberra. i like the chocolate and coffee notes but this beer is very sweet and quickly becomes cloying. I struggled to get through a half bottle (250 ml) and needed something refreshing afterwards.

Strong Baltic Porter with roasted malt, coffee, and licorice flavors. Bitterness balances out this beer. Picked up a fancy 500ml bottle for two bucks at Roger Wilco Pennsauken. A great buy.

Bottle at Hotel Gdansk. Very dark pour, some red highlights. Tan tall foam. Smooth, some dark fruit sweetness. Touch of leather. Balances and is clean. Sweet first sip but it mellows. I’m enjoying this.

Bottle. Dark cola pour with a big mocha head. Chocolate, espresso, honey, jasmine, herb. Medium body but lighter than expected. Smooth, sweet feel throughout. Easy to drink. A good after dinner drink
