Pale, strong beer, only for real men. Mild taste hides the strengths with which you should deal with care! 16.9P

Almost no aroma, some malt sweetness after warming. Clear golden body. Very small to no head with no lacing. Almost only alcohol in taste and some malt sweetness. Could be better, but not as bad as regular cheap strong lager.

Bottled (thanks CueSheet & SADESA). Yellowish golden colour with a creamy mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, some sweet malts as well as a bit toffeeish notes. Flavour is rather similar, but also has some slight alcohol to it as well as more evident caramel malts. Pleasant strong lager, which is surprisingy easy to drink.

Poured from 500ml bottle. Golden colour with a fairly full head which settles down to a lace top. An aroma of hops. Taste of hops and perhaps slightly grassy. So far the best that I have drunk from the Amber brewery.

Can, from a trade with Cunningham. Golden beer with a rich white head. Malty caramel aroma, sweetish, some fruits. Fruity flavor, caramel, some alcohol, biscuits, some spices, some hops. Not as bad as you migt expect.

Golden colour with a white head. Deep malty and moderate sweet aroma. Not at all as much alcohol taste as expected. A fine deep malty flavour with a fruity edge. Well this one had to be perfect any way, because it was consumed in a hot tube together with some nice girls and a perfect view of wonderful Gudbrandsdalen and Gudbrandslĺgen in Norway. National romance with a polish blend.
[Can from some polish friends]

looks nice, like a good strong lager, almost red amber body with a little head, sweet and rounded taste

Canned in Gdynia. Clear pale golden, rich creamy head. Aroma of cereals and cabbage. Sweet and creamy, edium bodied and lightly fruity. Salty warming finish with slight bitterness. A fairlygood, moreish mocne!

Canned. Orange colour, fast diminishing creamy head. Lots of maize going on in the aroma, along with flowery hops. Hard to tell more about a beer this strong, with it’s only features is - being strong. Not much alcohol in flavour, but loads of fruitiness. Sweetness, or almond paste, is sensed, with alcohol dry-ness/bitterness. Pale malt gives citrusy tones. The sweetness, and the citric together is of that of a regular European Strong Lager, yet here it’s more refined. Industrial YES, but not as awful as the worst Polish Lagers.

Can, 500 ml, 16.9P
Appearance: Pours reddish - orangy Lager like colour of body with rather low carbonation, only natural and mild effervescence. head is small and decreasing to a minimum, no lacing, head is frothy to foamy initially, body is not clear, rather hazy, hue is orangy.
Aroma: Chalky, some alcoholic notes, notes of some harsh hoppyness covering its heavy sweetness and alcohol. Mineral nose, some notes of wine grapes, alcohol is coming off when it gets warmer. Typical aroma of an European Strong Lager of a medium quality with some citrusy notes.
Flavour: Flavour is well balance, very regular for an European Strong Lager, finish duration is average, to sweet, some accidic impression is occuring a side, citrusy, lemon, bitter hoppyness on palate.
Palate: Sticky and leaves a palate a bit dry and parched, some impression of heavyness in stomach, but maybe due to being in a session.
