COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Johannes is a beer with a full and mature bouquet. Its essential flavor comes from a long maturing and high levels of extract. Mild bitterness and a strong malt notes, makes this beer unique. Johannes Beer refers to post Jan Hevelius. Year 2011 Year Hevelius was established in Poland. Johannes Beer Brewery, a joint initiative Amber and History Museum. Aroma grainy , malty with alcohol feel. I wished there was some hop to balance this.5-
Appearance bright golden look with beige top. Sparse lace.
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied. Mild carbonation with soft palate. Sweet malty notes , bit too sweet. Felt quiet ordinary.

Pours with a nice head, pasteurized. Very clear gold. Aroma of soft white bread, very soft beer, palate and flavor watery, bready, moderate bitterness, moderate sweetness. Not my favorite beer of the day, but in good company (Radek!). Bottle, brand new, at Piwoteka Narodowa.
