Very sweet beer. But in bock style, bread, sweet flavours of malt should dominate. I like this beer but, hops aroma is very light. Too light.

Slightly hazy, fantastic two-finger tan, foamy head, beautiful lacing. Dark golden amber-red brownish colour. Aroma is bread and biscuits, some dark fruits and malt. Taste is dark fruits, raisins, alcohol. Heavy sweetness from the caramel malt. Sticky mouthfeel, low bitterness, well carbonated. A Dunkler Bock that reminds me of some Baltic Porters.

Lane, ostatnio w Bar Pirat, Bia?ogóra. Ciemny, rubinowo-br?zowy kolor, wyra?n? cho? do?? szybko opadajaca piana. Lekki ?rodowy aromat.

About a 1 inch thick head of frothy light orange bubbles that recedes rather quickly. Light malty aroma with some decaying grass, boiled vegetables and light spices. Rather mild aroma. Color is a hazy dark brown. Body is a bit thinner than expected but has a good amount of roasted malts in the flavor, smoke, molasses, terriaki sauce and some ginger. Light alcohol presence. Finishes rather dry yet a bit sweet. An ok bock.

Aardig.

Kozlak Bock has a fairly thick, cream-colored head, a mostly clear, somewhat bubbly, rust-orange appearance, and some splotchy lacing rings left behind. The aroma is of sweet, bready malt, and the flavor is of sweet, syrupy malt, a touch of tannin, mild hop rounding bitterness, and brown bread crust. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Kozlak Bock finishes refreshing, not the least bit boozy, and highly drinkable. RJT

Nice foam on this Polish bock. A good and delicate aroma of caramel malt and slightly sweet indefinable aroma. Taste is also marked by caramel and the sweet touch can I best interpret as honey. It is a bock in the somewhat lighter end of the scale, but it certainly does not mean it’s boring. Hoppy bitterness is lengthy and finely balanced. A good, full-bodied bock is not too intrusive.

Aromat dość słaby. Barwa ciemnoczerwona i niska piana.

Bottle at Zuraw Caffe Restaurant, Gdansk water front. Pours an amber brown colour, with what little off what head there was, quickly dissipating to nothing. Lovely aroma of caramel, malt, dark fruit, dates and banana. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Quite high carbonation level, medium body, texture oily.

Smak: słodko karmelowo, lekka goryczka, nawet niezły balans, wysycenie średnie do niskiego , o ile w aromacie alk wyczuwalny to w smaku nawet dobrze ukryty .

Aroma: roasted malts and melanoidins. Appearance: clear deep copper color, almost no head. Taste: low bitterness, roasted malts and caramel, melanoidins, maybe coffee substitute, semi-dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, roasted finish. Overall: Really decent beer, nice roasted aroma and taste.
