Cask handpull at The Talbot Taphouse (the Amber tap), Ripley, Derbyshire, 30/04/11. Dusky peach a bit like a pale witbier with a low white skim. Jammy dried apricot aroma- I’d say coriander blind. Soft and discreet vanilla and peanut, vague rub of root ginger, nil heat, peppered apricot jam. Good sessions, but could use the spice turning up a notch..
