COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - Summer.
Our very first brew, Amber pale is made with Maris Otter pale malt with a touch of crystal, and triple-hopped exclusively with Goldings sourced from Herefordshire.

Cask@St Albans BF. Lots of sulfur in the aroma, full on egg-fart. . Palate is thin, acidic, thin and grainy. watery finish. Not very good.

Cask (gravity dispense) at St Albans Beer Festival, September 2006. Pale gold colour. A bit hazy. Nasty aroma - eggy, with an unbrewed, worty character. Something wrong here - either the beer or the condition. Tastes a bit better, but not great. Dry and rather cleaner than the aroma.
