Bottle, pours cloudy orange-yellow with a huge head and a bready, faintly spicy nose. Yeasty and bitter, faint hints of orange, slightly watery texture, herbal bitterness lingers into the finish. Pretty good.

First, the simple label graphics make for a better presentation right off the bat. A decent malty beer smell at first, but some adjunct alcohol still comes at my nose. Cloudy straw color, some of the haze seems to be from unfiltered particles. Pours a big and persistent hefe head. Nose lacks the usual citrus and esters of the usual hefeweizen. Still, once I get to the drinking part, there’s a pretty nice hefe profile at work, with light yeast esters, but further in I get those fusel alcohols again. Just glad to find a Baltic area beer that isn’t trying and failing to be Heineken.

500 ml bottle shared. Appearance A. Cloudy straw yellow, with a tall white head. Head leaves some nice lacing. Aroma:Wheaty and yeasty, some banana’s some citrus, odd rubber tones Taste: Moderate sweet, wheat, yeast , some banana , citrus, Starts a bit grainy for a weizen. Medium body, average carbonation. A bit predictable.

500ml bottle. Cloudy light orange color. Medium size, thick white head, stays. Sweetish, burnt plastic, very bready, buttery and maybe some diacetyl in aroma. Sweet, bready, grainy, faint banana, buttery in taste. Sweet grainy butter in aftertaste. Crisp mouthfeel. Mellow tingly hoppy bite on tongue gives extra nuance. Perhaps bit too sweet for me, but still quite drinkable.

(bottle 500ml) Aroma: strong banana and clove notes. Appearance:very hazy, yellowish color, big frothy white head. Taste: Clove flavour dominates this beer, banana hint is also noticeable, quite dry for Hefeweizen, hoppy/bitter aftertaste. Palate:quite thin medium body, strong carbonation, Overall: Just ok.
