Cask, handpump at FFTMC, Oxford whilst stewarding for a Morris/Longsword rapper event 04.12.11 The weakest of the three beers that I had at this pub today with the Salopian Vortex and Black Hole Death Star easily bettering this beer, thats not to say there was anything wrong with this as there wasn’t. A reasonable golden beer albeit a bit too much of the soapy hops for me at times, some initial sweetness, before this flattens out and starts to become quite dry. Ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask conditioned at The Talbot, Amber Ales Brewery Tap, Ripley, Derby’s. Gold with white head. Sharp, metallic with hints of old tobacco at the start, moves to dry and bitter, but never really loses a slight chemical note. Struggled a little with this.
