Pours a nice, red-brown with a medium, creamy, beige head. Aroma has lots of raisins, some oakiness, chocolate, plums and a great yeasty note. A good, frothy, lightly creamy, mouthfee - just a tad on the thin side, perhapsl. Flavour has good chocolate, yeast and a good deal of dried fruits. Nice.

Bottle @ home, shared with my dad. Nice dark brown / amber color with a red glare coming through. Smell malts, grains and some sweetness. Taste some sourness, malts and also some sweet (sugar?) hints. Unbalanced imo. Soft carbo, medium body.

Bottle 33 cl "Drongens plezierke" 7,5% ABV from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Red-brown with nice beige and unctuous foam, sticking to the glass. Fruity malt, sweetness of sugar-caramel, cream, chocolate. The taste is unctuous of roasted, sugar, toffy and chocolate with a good acidulity. Low bitterness, hoppy perfume and roasted. Tasty.

Botella, as "Drongens Plezierke". Unclear red-brown colour with a big beige head, lasting fairly well, ok lacing. Sweet fruity grape/wine lightly tart like bit alco aroma, pleasant. Good mouthfeel. Darkish fruity bit yeasty caramel flavour with some alcohol, bit spice, sort of wine like towards the finish. Strange abbey dubbel.
