From tap at the brewery. Hazy, light brown with a nice head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt and caramel - and IMO it’s monotonous without surprises of any kind. One that I have forgotten even one week later.

On tap at Ambrausianum Brewpub, Bamberg. Clouded amber brown with thin white head. Again quite an amateurish beer, yeasty, tart and thin. Not very good.

Draught, Ambräusianum, Bamberg. Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is dark amber. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Too sweet. Kinda boring.

Sample draught at the brewery. A red beer with an off light brown foam. Aroma is malty and light caramelly, while thar flavour is overall sweet with notes of malt and a light bitternessin the finish. maybe the best from this brewery.
