’Small sample from bottle @ Zeebra II. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some fruitiness, yeast, malts, some caramel and alcohol. Taste is a bit sweet with some caramel, fruitiness and a soft bitterness. Medium body and carbo.

Copper amber colour. Red fruits, caramel, warm alchool, ripe fruits, sour vinous hints, dried fruits. Probably the best together with Strongest Than Ever Cognac

KombatAle (114) - New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 15, 2014
33 cl bottle From Etre Gourmet beershop Cloudy copper with white foam, not very persistent. Aroma is full of fruits, spices, brown sugar, alchool, toasted oak and red fruits. Sippy mouthfeel, full in body. Taste is warm with red fruits, burnt brown sugar, caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, sweet spices, warm end and dry but fruity aftertaste. In the same way of Tjeeses Reserva. Supposed that they are italians, why not in wine barrels?

Sampled @ Zeebra 2014. Watery beer. Still some sweetness and carbonation. But not great. Drank this beer next to (shared with Wouter and Michael) White Pony Dark Signs Whisky BA and White Pony Strongest than Ever Cognac BA, which might have negatively influenced my rating.

Troebele oranje bruine kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt fruitig, hop, kruiden en iets zurig. Smaakt kruiden, hop iets bitter. Beetje drop.

Very hazy amber beer with a tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Mild fine carbonation. Smooth malt, quite airy, touch of cream. Nice tangy but mellow brandy/cognac balances well with barrel vanilla sweetness. A nice touch of mild wood bitterness before a smooth finish. Very nice.

Countbeer (4311) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 22, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized creamy foamy head on top of a hazy orange amber colored beer. Aromas of liquor, creamy, vanilla, bourbon, scotch, butter, wood, brandy, some wood. Quite vanilla and creamy... Flavours of cream, butter, vanilla, rice, malts, bitters, strange bitters, light butter, creamy liquor, some barley malts, grains, light corn, light nutty and some herbs. Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, wood, malts, grain, rice, porridge and some liquor tones. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller bodied and a creamy light sticky texture. Very nice except for the strange malty bitterness that becomes more tasteable towards/in the end.
