From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy ornge with a small white head. Aroma is estery and fruity. Mild bubblegum. Dry estery and wheaty flavoured. Medium dry and estery fruity finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy dark orange coloured, medium sized white head, fruity nose. Acidic fruity (a bit stale), light spicy and quite watery with hint of glue in the finish.

tap. pours a creamy mango orange witha dirty white head. aroma of dough, candied, rum cake. creamy banana. taste is rustic doughy herbal banana skin. juicy. unique. good.

Cloudy orange-amber color. Mild wheat and caramel aroma. The mouthfeel is very dry, a bit sour, with some wheat flavor, a bit spicy, and light impression of bubblegum; too aggressive on the carbonation. Correct bitterness. Unimpressive.

Sampled during trip to Bamberg 2011. Tap at the brewery. Dark orange color huge foemy white head. Banana and peach fruity aroma and then - more banana. Light bitterness and a medium sweet flavor.

Prickelnd hefiger, angenehm malziger Antrunk, süffig. Die Malzigkeit verharrt, das Bier nimmt in der Malzigkeit einen geringen Malzton an. Gut ausbalanciert! 8/10/9/9//9

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2011 vom Fass in a Bierprobe. It is a nice, unfiltered hefeweizen with some nice spiciness to it.

(draught) pours a murky amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of clove, with a hint of lactic acid, walnuts and tropical fruits. flavour is uninspired, lots of wheat and clove, with a hint of milk chocolate and herbal hops. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
