Smells like building materials, cement, tiles, and particle board with a mild unripe pear gloss on top. Medium level of carbonation. Not too gassy, not too sticky. The flavors are bland but has some fruity character and the pretense of hops. The aftertaste is unfortunately acrid. It wants to be a pils but fails. Oakes (8081), gone rambling, Vietnam

Skillfully hunted in Nha Trang. Lovely pale straw colour with no head. When I poured it, it smelled like apple juice but that blew off to reveal grains, maybe some sourness, and mustiness of a non-happy, non-lambic type. Taste of mineral water mixed with post-teethbrushing apple juice. Finishes sticky and with paint-like, gluey notes. Yum. guerinfbfan (44), Elmwood Park, Illinois, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Pours a clear yellow, with a thick white head that was really bubbly. Could be mistaken for water with yellow food coloring. Skunky smell from this one. Goes down ok. May not be the best tasting beer, but how can you not love this can! Pours a sweet ginger ale pale yellow with a small quickly dissipating head. Gigantic bubbles! Aroma is harsh and grainy, sharp and biting in a bad way. Old corny stale water is kind of the idea. Flavor is less offensive but just as bland and watery. Malts and a bit sourish. Lightest body possible and a sharp soda like carbonation. Bleck! Love the can though, I’d give that an 9 out of 10! 17thfloor (1458), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Well... pours a very light super clear ginger ale color with large bubbles and a fizzy white soda head that fizzes itself away. Weak aroma, slightly sourish, grainy. Flavor is super watery with just a faint tad of sweet malt and rice and nothing else. Palate is light and watery but with a weird jello-y texture. The only beer I have ever spit out and refused to drink. Beardface (991), Eugene, Oregon, USA
