This one is amazing. I was shocked to find out that this is a Pilsner recipe brewed with an ale yeast giving the best of both worlds. For a warm day, when you need a refreshing drink...this one is your bet.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 5000 (4103) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - SEP 7, 2011
Bottle: Dark straw, a bit cloudy, frothy white head, nice lacing. Semi-sweet straw/hay, a little fruity on the pale fruit side. Feels a bit wheaty on the tongue, otherwise it seems a little flat. Clean tho. Lingering wheatiness. Makes a better American Wheat than a Golden Ale. I remember my Goldens being brighter in color and more spunky. This seemed like a real light American Wheat. Needs to be a bit bubblier and brighter I think. Otherwise okay.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 after4ever (4500) - Brier, Washington, USA - MAR 4, 2011
Draft at pipers creek. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a dense and creamy platinum blonde head. Tarbender says hes heard from the brewery that they think of this more as a kolsch than anything else. Huh. Mebbe so. Mild corn nut nose. And i do mean mild. Creamy medium body. Corn and corn nut and toast mid palate. Very subdued. Mild finish.
