COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest twist on a Pale Ale, with a bright and deep golden color and a crisp citrusy nose. Although hop-forward, this ale is well balanced with a light, biscuity malt body that finishes dry. Balance and drinkability is what you will experience in this excellent session beer!

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a ridiculously thick pillowy white head on it. Nose is light and slightly hoppy with a few fruity citrus elements coming through. Taste is a little bitter with just a hint of sweetness on the back end and some citrus elements poking through. Decent beer.

Bomber. Gusher, clear light orange copper, big off-white rocky volcano head. Aroma is moderate floral herbal hops and faint malt. Lightly bitter floral citrus hop taste, herbal and grassy, perfectly balanced with light pale malts with very little sweetness. Lively carbonation, light-medium body, moderately hopped. Delicious and extremely sessional. Clean dry finish. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

Bombers from PD (one drunk fresh, one a month later). Clear orange-amber pour with a fair amount of sediment left in the bottle. Head is short, white and leaves heavy lace. Nose is citrus hops and some honey-on-toast malts. Medium body with moderate, fine carbonation; more rounded than crisp, especially the later bottle. Citrus, some pine, toast, light honey and grapefruit. Finish is biscuit and citrus zest. Excellent, I hope ABC make this a year-round ale.

Bomber, pours a slightly hazy orange color with a fizzy white head that faded quickly and leaves spotty soapy lacing. Smells of pine, citrus and caramel. Tastes of all the same things that are in the smell. Mouthfeel is medium and chewy with great carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall this is a pretty solid pale ale. Well balanced flavor and stays true to the northwest style. Brewed for ECC this year. Wish it was available year round.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper-amber with a lovely half-inch, dense head. Aroma a mix of caramel sweetness and piney hops and a touch of citrus. Flavor is upfront toasty/biscuit malt nicely balanced by moderately bitter hops. Nice crisp finish. A nice, very drinkable pale ale.

(Nitro version) On tap at 8 Ounce Burger. Biscuity malt, faded hint of pine and grapefruit. Creamy smoothness seems to kill some of the character.
