COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An Organic Pale Ale with a copper color. Made with enough malt to balance a generous amount of Citra hops. Smooth with citrus notes in the aroma and finish. Dry hopped in the fermenter.

Washington Brewers Festival 2011 – Kenmore, WA
Organic – Golden in color, clear with a thin white head. Nice malt and hops aroma. I get a floral earth finish and some fruitiness from the hops. Light easy drinking this is a great everyday brew.
