Draft to pint at the St. Louis brewery. Looks good; a transparent pale bronze with foamy eggshell head. Smells of mildly bitter hops, lager yeast, and a bit of grain. Tastes like it smells with a fairly crisp medium light-bodiedmouthfeel. One of AB’s better lagers that I’d like to see bottled. Would be a nice lawnmower or beach brew.

On tap. Served a dark golden color with a fair head. Aroma of grain, grass and hint of malt. Taste of grain and bit of malt sweetness. Bitterness that lasts through the finish. Moderate body with a grainy feel to it. Interesting beer.

After almost a century and a half Anheuser-Busch brought this one back and did a superb job of it! Lovely dark golden/orange pour with creamy beige head. Rich aroma of nuts and mild hops. Feels like an IPA light but not in a watered down way. The drinkability is through the roof on this! On tap at Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village, Busch Stadium, ST. Louis. Very, very nice!

On tap at the Tap House. It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of straw, grass and some hops. The taste was similar to the aroma with grain, straw and a touch of hops.

I had this at the Brew House. Pours gold with a white head. Taste light, cereal, sweet. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the brewery while I was there for brewery lights. Clear golden beer. A sweet cereal macro lager. I don’t get a strong hop bite as some other ratings indicate. Seems Ike Bud @ 6 abv.

This was the surprise of the AB tour for me and for a lot of other fine fellows as well. It is a cheap American lager that is hopped up like an authentical Pilsener from the old country. I am into it. It is also a bit darker than most cheap beers, more of a copper orange than a yellow. It’s head is of fine bubbles and it leaves some nice spots of lace on the side of the glass. As mentioned it is quite hoppy and those hops have sort of an American character, lemony and citric. I would guess American grown noble hops but really I am just making stuff up just like everyone else who tries to guess hop varieties. It has a touch of malty sweetness and crisp carbonation that is not overdone. I am hoping this stuff pops up locally for me.
