COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopped to the extreme with the three "C's": Columbus, Cascade and Centennial. Dry hopped, even in the filter! 63 IBU's, not for the faint at heart.

hazed copper color, off white head. nose of piney hops. flavor is evergreen and some caramel. medium bodied, light bitter finish. quite an enjoyable brew.

Poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, butterscotch, earthiness, light citrus and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, butterscotch, earthiness, light orange and a hint of pine with a smooth moderatly bitter finish.

Had on tap in Elgin at the BREWFEST 2006.

Wow, this is a very very solid IPA. Nose is strong with lots of hops. The taste is just about the same with a huge kick of sweetness. Pretty clean and full in the mouth. So bitter it is almost gritty. Wow great stuff.

Had this on draught in Aurora, Illinois. One of the best beers I've tried. Beautiful rich reddish color, wonderfully hopped, fresh tasting. Nose of cloves.
