Cornfield (4254), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Feb 10, 2008 This is what it’s designed to be, a sessionable, malty ale. Looking much like an amber ale, there’s also brownish tints to the body that’s topped with a modest head. The nose and taste are a sweet lightly toast malt, a touch of soft nuts, and an almost negligible earthy bitterness to balance it out. Okay.
