COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a wonderful golden hue, the Knock Out Blond is sure to please. With more body than the Hell and a healthy dose of the famed Czechoslovakian noble Saaz hops in the finish, it's easy to fall in love with.

I liked this beer, its very drinkable for a lighter style beer. Noble hop nose, with some grassy floral qualities. Biscuity maltiness, and very clean.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2008 On tap again recently. Still a nice clean pils. The body was a pale gold with a white head. The aroma contained pancakes with flowers and oranges. The taste was light oranges with some flowers and a little hop bite. Nice and smooth.

On tap at the brewpub 2/20/06: A shade darker than the light with a creamy head and a creamy consistency. Nice floral bouqet and a kolsch-like character. Good.
