Commercial Description:
Golden pale ale, slightly hoppy. Brewed each May for the upcoming graduates. It took you four hard years to graduate so we made this one easy to drink. Congratulations!

Cold on tap: Pours a clear and very dark amber color with a medium sized alabaster head. Aroma is of rich malts with earth notes. Taste is of rich malts and well blended earthy hops. Light bodied and smooth with ample carbonation. Ending is of rich malts and caramel notes.

Pale golden amber hue. Floral malty nose. Sweet, medium bodied, faint floral hops in the finish to keep it balanced. Decent.

Cask conditioned. highly drinkable beer. very smooth. faint malty aroma, slightly fruity and floral. Very slight hop finish, to keep it from being to cloyingly sweet.

CASK- I thought this beer was a nice pale. Pleasnant fruit flavors on the aroma and initally on the palate. It’s sweet, would be a nice summer afternoon beer.

On cask at NERAX ’02: Light straw/flowery aroma, amber color, starts and ends slightly sweet. This beer was better than the sum of its parts.
