My wife got this in a growler from the brewery. Has a clear copper color with little carbonation lacing. Smell is malted with light flower hop aroma. Taste is crisply malted, a little sweet, but not too bad and finishes with a good hop tartness. Overall a fine Pilsner.

Very pale straw coloured beer. The nose is lightly straw flavour. A touch of light herbal/zesty hops, but they are in the back a little bit. Decent balance but the bitterness is a bit light. Malts are fairly bready with a kiss of light sweetness on the back. Fairly crisp finish with a bit of soft sweetness. Pretty nice, simple, pils.

On tap Feb 2005. Lightly orange-tinged golden color beer with a film of white head. Aroma of sour german yeast and light earthy hops. Flavor is simple, with some pale grains, lightly toasted notes and some earth-like hops notes. A bit of veggies on the end, and too much sourness. Medium to medium light bodied with moderate carbonation.

NIce copper amber hue. Slight off white lacing. Malts dominate the nose, with floral, herbal hops. Faint bread, malt, sweet light body, sticky, bitter, resinous hops. Decent pils...
