(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy pale golden with a tall, frothy and stable white head - shaving foam style. Aroma of yeast and tart fruit. Light in body with yeast and citrus and sour infected accents. Dry and somewhat astringent finish. 290508

Bottle 75cl @ [ Mafioso Blind Tasting @ yespr, Bottle #19.]
Light unclear yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is sour malt and yeast, smoke notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Infected IMO. (300508)

[Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 19#] Hazy yellow with large white fluffy head. Sourish aroma with yeasty and fruity notes. Sourish flavor with wheat, smoke and yeasty notes. Clearly infected.

Blind tasting @ Yespr. Slightly hazy, light golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma has notes of smoke, yeast, lemon and oranges. The flavour has sweetness, notes of smoke (infected), yeast, lemon, oranges and IMO it’s very much out of balance.

Bottle#19: 75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild yeasty and slight infected aroma. Mild smoked note and mild fruity initial flavour. Holds a light yeasty note. Ends with a fruity note and light sweet caramel malt. Somewhat off again.

Hazy blond color, creamy head. The aroma is perfumy, soapy, and with some spices, not bad. Dryish body, poor flavors to take home, and a light infection spreading here. Wrong.

Cloudy blond color. It has some spicy aroma. It has a good body, with a good mix of flavors: cereals, wheat, light spices. Maybe the yeast footprint is still too evident. Good bitterness level. Good.

#19 Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Huge foamy white head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework. Cloudy golden color with particles in flow. Aroma of coriander, fruit, caramel, straw, mild hops and smoke. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor, mild bitter and acidic. Fruity sweet finish. 4 / 4 / 4 / 3 / 7 = 2.2

Numero diciannove de la degustazione cieco in casa di yespr. Botella. Hazy golden colour, nice big white head, fair lacing. Sourish yeasty aroma. Wheaty mildly bitter, bit sour and a little smokey flavour.

Fraught blond color lightly opaque and hazy. Compact head of discreet duration. Typical aroma of the style with notes of wine cellar and fresh malt. Much prickly taste at mouth, aged, with stum and yeast notes.
