Bottle 75cl @ [ Mafioso Blind Tasting @ yespr, Bottle #19.]
Light unclear yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is sour malt and yeast, smoke notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Infected IMO. (300508)

Bottled.A hazy golden beer with a bit of floating sediment under a huge rocky beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and coriander. The flavo ris sweet with notes of lemon and light notes of smoke, the lemon makes the finish tart. Huge thanks to yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy pale golden with a tall, frothy and stable white head - shaving foam style. Aroma of yeast and tart fruit. Light in body with yeast and citrus and sour infected accents. Dry and somewhat astringent finish. 290508

Bottle#19: 75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Mild yeasty and slight infected aroma. Mild smoked note and mild fruity initial flavour. Holds a light yeasty note. Ends with a fruity note and light sweet caramel malt. Somewhat off again.

Bottled (as Amiata l’Intrigante, 6.7%). Hazy golden, no head Striking perfumy aroma. Tart and fruity, medium bodied. Heavy on coriender and citrus. A straight forward solid spicy beer with low bitterness.

Bottled@omhper (As l’Intrigante 6.7%). Hazy golden colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is spices, fruits, quite perfumed soap as well as some slight caramelly notes. Flavour is fruits, spices, grass, some slight perfumed soap and some mild yeasty notes as well.

Bottle #19 at yesprs mafioso blind tasting. Hazy yellow coloured with floaties and a huge white head. Aroma of fruits, wheat, citrus and yeast with notes of smoke. Fruity flavour of wheat, citrus, yeast and hops with acidic notes. Hoppy finish.

Hazy blond color, creamy head. The aroma is perfumy, soapy, and with some spices, not bad. Dryish body, poor flavors to take home, and a light infection spreading here. Wrong.

Cloudy blond color. It has some spicy aroma. It has a good body, with a good mix of flavors: cereals, wheat, light spices. Maybe the yeast footprint is still too evident. Good bitterness level. Good.

[Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 19#] Hazy yellow with large white fluffy head. Sourish aroma with yeasty and fruity notes. Sourish flavor with wheat, smoke and yeasty notes. Clearly infected.

Numero diciannove de la degustazione cieco in casa di yespr. Botella. Hazy golden colour, nice big white head, fair lacing. Sourish yeasty aroma. Wheaty mildly bitter, bit sour and a little smokey flavour.
