At Italy in Epcot. Cloudy brown. Nutty with mild hops. Very unique and enjoyable. Good find ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ambrée foncée trouble, effervescence légère, col beige moyen. Principalement maltée, légèrement aigre, un peu citronnée, petite amertume de noix, douce sans être sucrée. Pas trop mon truc mais intéressant.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! The beer starts smooth and fresh. Not too sweetish. Nice malty body with hints of nuts. Fresh, malty and round. Easy to drink with a nutty malty and smooth aftertaste. Nice and refreshing with depth. Nearly no bitterness there.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2015 6.7% alle Castaneda on tap at il Serpente a dive bar if I ever saw one. Tip off, toilet with no seat! 5 euros a pour, it is an opaque Amber brown with a thick beige head. The nose is malty, earthy, caramel & fudge. Medium to light bodied with a round carbonation. The taste is freaky: green tobacco leaf followed by a bitter hop bite than gives you some sweet lemony citrus. Not my cup of tea at all... had this again at Bir&Fud where I heard it was made using chestnuts. There it was an amber/copper with a light beige head & a malty sweet liquid bread nose. The taste is bitter, a bit metallic with a dry finish plus some spice & nuts.

on tap at the weyermann birthday party. faintly hazed brown with a light purple tinge and a light brown head; aroma suggests chestnuts and hazelnuts; quite sticky, some alcohol showing, although there was no risk of the beer warming on this chilly night in the courtyard; a bit too woody for my tastes

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2014 At Bir&Fud in Rome on tap. Pours brown almost filtered, with a gassy head. Nose: flat. Mouth: a bit watery, tart, not good. I fear it went bad somehow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750ml Bottle - Amber with a small head. Chestnuts, raisins, walnuts and toffee in the aroma. Toffee, chestnuts, raisins, dried apricot and some slightly smoky notes can be detected in the taste. Pretty easy to drink and rather interesting.

Nutty aroma with notes of honey and nutmeg. Cloudy amber colour. Flavour of nuts, honey, and bread. Medium body with mild carbonation. Quite a tasty brew.

Spina @ birraexpo. Ambrata scura con schiuma persistente. Al naso miele di castagno. Un pelo di affumicato sul finale, corpo alcolico.
