COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
From Birra Amiata, one of Italy’s most creative craft brewers, comes this marvelous Italian take on the India Pale Ale style. A delicately hopped nose marries perfectly with an assertively hopped malt character to give a beer that is full-bodied with a clean, bright finish. Re-fermened in the bottle.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has light hoppy spice...tealike and lightly perfumey. Flavor follows suit...mild bitterness with some slight citrus...very dry. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is very dry with lingering bitterness.

Pale, hazy gold pour. Nose is a lot like Oxbow’s farmhouse pale, with nice bread, citrus hops, touches of herbal notes, and lemongrass. Flavor is quenching and tasty. Quite nice.

750ml bottle. Pours a medium gold, white head. Hoppy, spicy aroma, grapefruit peel, caramel, apricots, spruce, yeast, mangoes. Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy taste, caramel, spices, orange peel, grapefruit, yeast, slightly earthy, faint whisps of smoke? (2012-03-06)

6/27/12. Slightly hazed light golden pour with a small, frothy off-white head that fades and laces in chunks. Slightly skunky aroma with a distinct graininess that reminds of pilsner malts. There’s also a grassy hop aspect and bits of a mineral aspect. Doughy bread flavor with a bit of grassy hops, just barely a touch of citrus, and again a touch of skunk and metal. There is a lingering hint of alcohol in there as well. Keep trying, Italy.

Orange body with a tall white head (not good lasting). Aroma and taste are a mix of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Too bitter and hoppy for my taste

On tap @ Bangers and Lace. Pours a hazy orange amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus and tropical fruit with backing sweet grain. Flavor is light up front with light flora and grain but has a good amount of growing citrus and tropical fruits.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate grass hop and small malt aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Un’ottima birra che perň non mi sembra affatto essere una APA... Per me č indecifrabile anche come aroma e gusto, ma di una cosa sono certo, č molto buona, mai mi sarei aspettato una birra cosi’!

Bottle to snifter. Looks good; orange with thin lacing. Smells good too; citrusy. Tastes pretty good; a blend of citrus and hops. Mouthfeel is average. Not too shabby.

From the tap poured an amber color with a small amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a quick finish.
