(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy orangey golden with a dense, creamy off-white head leaving some laces. Sourish, fruity nose. Light body with yeast and diacetyl and a dry finish - somewhat chemical. Subdued bitterness. 290508

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, sour - tart. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour with a average duration. Infected IMO. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (300508)

[Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 16#] Hazy orange with medium off white head. Yeasty and slightly sour aroma with caramel notes. Yeasty and infected flavor with off notes. Clearly infected.

Blind tasting @ Yespr. Warm golden and hazy with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast and sewer. The flavour has sweetness and sourness, notes of spicy yeast, and light vinegar/citrus. A weird one – not one I liked.

Bottle# 16: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild yeasty and slight malty aroma. Flavour is slight citric and mild caramel malty, light yeasty too. Ends with a mellow yeasty flavour and feel. Ends slight citric and yeasty in a strange mix into the finish.

Bottle #16 at yesprs mafioso blind tasting. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of yeast and spices. Fruity and light acidic flavour of yeast, spices and hops. Hoppy finish.

Cloudy golden color; creamy head. Some malt and light fruitiness in the aroma, perfumy, but not enough to anticipate what will come out with the flavor: a light infection (I penalize the Overall rating). Overall it would probably be a simple but pleasant beer.

With Marruca honey; Marruca is the tree from which the Christ’s thorn crown was made
Cloudy amber color; big creamy head. It has light honey aroma, but fresh; the body is not very strong. It’s not impressive, but it’s well balanced and it’s bitter enough.

#16 Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of fruit, spice, caramel, wheat, citrus, grain. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light to moderated sweet flavor with acidic notes. Light fruity and spicy sour finish. 5 / 3 / 4 / 3 / 8 = 2.3

Numero sedici de la degustazione cieco in casa di yespr. Botella. Pours a hazy orange colour. Sour bit mouldy sweet yeastya roma. The flavour is yeasty andsour with a bit of honey and a mild bitterness. Something went wrong here.....
