Il patrono di Arcidosso è San Niccolò, che nella mitologia nordica ha ispirato Santa Klaus. Questa è una birra speciale, scura ma leggera, aromatizzata alle spezie da consumarsi nelle serate invernali, fresca (8-12°C) o calda (40°C) con aggiunta di chiodi di garofano o cannella a seconda dei gusti personati.

Dark color, brown with red shades. The aroma has low quality watered down coffee and cinnamon. Dry mouthfeel, dry chocolate flavor, and a savage infection going on. Undrinkable.

#20 Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Small fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Hazy dark brown color. Aroma of cinnamon, grain, toasted malt, spice, ginger and sour metallic notes. Light bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet and acidic flavor. Light sour fruity finish. 5 / 3 / 4 / 2 / 8 = 2.2

Numero venti de la degustazione cieco in casa di yespr. Botella. Pale red-brown colour. Aroma is sour with some liquorice and spice. The flavour is sweet and sour with liquorice, some spice and malt. Orribile.
