With 15% rye and anis
Cloudy blond color. It has a delicate and nice anis aroma; the brewer intended to create an homage to the famous Italian liquor Sambuca, and luckily the anis is very subdued. The body is weak, it has a light flavor of cereals, with a light sourness from the rye, but not impressive.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of herbs and pine hops with a touch of yeast. Sweet, herbal flavour with a nice and hoppy finish

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma of spices and citrus with notes of hops. Fruity flavour of spices, citrus and hops. Hoppy finish.

ABV. 5.4%. Unclear medium grey yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, citrus, phenol, spicy - anis notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clouydy golden - white head. Fruity, berries, dryness, herbal, wheaty, spicy, zesty, licorice notes, too spicy.

Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Malty nose with yeasty and fruity notes. Flavor was yeasty with wheat and fruity notes. Finished dry.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight hoppy and mild fruity. Sweet malty and light fruity. Simple sweet malty and fruity into a mild peachy finish.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The lemon, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a tiny off-white head. Discreet fruity nose. Medium body, sweet fruit - pours strangely thick. Ends a little dry. Very bland. 110910

Urgh io detesto l’anice e anche se Lucia mi odierà per questo basso voto, per i miei gusti è già fin troppo alto. Quando l’ho assaggiata ho rischiato di star male... ammazza che zozzeria. Se fossi il re del mondo, non si coltiverebbe più anice, finocchietto o finocchio.
