3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Light brown with some coarse head. Aroma is mainly citrus, with some resiny notes as well. Citrus notes come across more strongly in the flavor, along with some biscuity malt. Well-blended finish with clean mouthfeel. Reminded me of a slightly darker Stone IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Foam Fest ’12. Pour is golden orange in appearance with a big, fluffy white head. Aroma is piney, soapy, floral hops, and a touch of caramel. Taste is dank, grass, weed, some resin, but nice floral hops, as well. Balanced well with a nice caramel backbone. Medium body with medium carbonation. Pretty good IPA.

You can’t beat a local like this. Great flavor, nice and frothy. The growler refills are $10.50, that’s a little over $2.60 a 16oz. Amazing!

Growler poured a hazy golden amber with a lingering ring of amber foam. Aromas of biscuit, pine, grapefruit and light earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthinmess, light pine and light citrus with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub. Nice hazy gold color. Nose of lemony, tart, acidic hops. Taste is the same with a decent malt balance. Very quaffable. Good solid IPA.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Simply tasty, poured off the tap at the brewpub in Salida. Mostly clear golden-amber pour with a thin white head. Wild aroma of pine and yellow citrus (perhaps even pineapple), overwhelmingly fresh smells. Flavor had a near-perfect balance of malty sweetness and powerful hop bitterness...again, the freshness came through quite clearly. A bit resiny with soft carbonation, but a gem hidden off the beaten path of the Front Range.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Clean copper pour. Small white head. Slight haziness. Strong, hop bittering aroma. Smoth hoppy taste with a short smoth punch at the end. Holds its carbonation well. Delish. Better than what you’re drinking right now.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at brewpub. Nice balance. Comfortably bitter. Yet nothing to make you sit up and take notice — either good or bad. Clear amber with small, but frothy head. The aroma presented grapefruit, flowers and some resin. Hint of caramel and grain. The flavor was moderately bitter and lightly to moderately sweet. The finish was lightly to moderately bitter. Standard carbonation for an IPA. Medium body with a watery texture at first that turned sticky. Dry, bitter finish. Nice job, Amicas.
