Draft at the brewpub. Pours a medium, well retained withe head, with slight lacing, over a slightly hazy, amber (SRM 7) body.......nose is pine, citrus, pineapple, toffee/caramel, light floral notes....taste is pine, resin, citrus, toffee/caramel, pineapple hints, finishing with clean lingering bitterness.....mouth feel light of medium, alcohol hidden, carbonation low. The hop backbone dominates the malts so that the malt complexity is too hidden. This throws the balance off in what is otherwise an interesting experiment. BJCP 8/3/12/4/7
