(sampled at 8th annual Foamfest at the CO state fair 8/27/11). Yellow color with light cloudiness. Medium white head. Moderate bready malt aroma, with spice/pepper yeast and light fruit/citrus. Flavor of the same. Avg duration. Light dry finish. Thin texture. High carbonation. Fair lacing.

Draft at the Brewpub. Pours a medium white head, with minimal lacing, over a slightly hazy yellow (SRM 4) body...nose is light bubblegum/banana, bit of cereal, light floral....taste is light banana/bubblegum, slight cereal, then clove, finishing with light pepper...mouth feel medium, carbonation high. This is nicely balanced and hits the style almost exactly. As it brreaths and warms, the complexity of aromas and flavors accelerates. An excellent summer beer. BJCP 8/3/15/4/7
