Pint at the brewery. Pours a thin short lived white head, with no lacing, over a clear reddish amber (SRM 10) body....nose is light caramel, bit of biscuit, slight cereal.....taste is light caramel to start, then slight bit of dried fruits leading to a light bitter, not hopped, finish....mouth feel is medium light, carbonation makes for slight creaminess. This is a very nice example of an Irish Red. The malts dominate, but are not overly so, and the hops are well hidden. The appearance and mouth feel are right on. An easy drinking pint describes it best. BJCP 7/3/15/4/6
