Bottle 330ml. clear glass.
Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, citrus - tequila, vegetable and cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long to average duration, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20100116]

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma dominated by lime. Medium body, sweet lemon accents with a quinine-like astringent bitterness. 160110

330ml clear glass bottle (K Kamppi, Helsinki) - shared with old Marduk - thanks!
Citrus bullshit. To winkers, "amigos" only means one thing - down in one. So I amigosed it. Thatís the best way to experience this - as briefly as possible. Shit beer with lemonade.

Bottled King Billy Northampton. An orange/gold headless beer. Sweet and tequila accented. Orangey fruity flavours. So much nicer than Desperados. Actually acceptable.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2011 íIntended for 18-24 year-olds with a fun-loving personalityí. Well, Iím older than 24 and a miserable cunt, so Iím unlikely to fully appreciate this. Smell of lime and something youíd squirt down the toilet. Forms a head that stays there. Bright and inoffensive; lime and tequlia beating off the toilet cleaner and chemicals with a stick. One pine needle. Clear bottle, Bacardi Breezer with an added squeeze of lime, 6% alcohol. Nothing to do with beer, but itís alright.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tons of musty grain with a bit of skunkiness and a hint of tequila. Flavor is really sweet with agave and sweet grains, almost sugar watery.

BVery (5944) - Burnsville, Minnesota, USA - APR 25, 2013
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle. Light gold pour, white head. Nasty aroma of skunk and lime. Taste is actually not awful, but certainly phony lime citrus. Light palate.

SilkTork (5163) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, Kent, ENGLAND - NOV 25, 2011
From local corner shop. This is a clearly a Desperados clone, and itís just as ugly. A sweet, lemon hinted pale lager with chemical flavouring. Not that nice, but drinkable, and there are worse beers out there.

berkshirejohn (4381) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 27, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2011 33cl bottle picked up in Hastings. Straw coloured with a billowing white head; aroma of tequila and lime; full-bodied with a reasonable tequila flavour and a dry limey citrus tang; but lacking finish. Not bad, and better than Desperados.

The aroma is cheap with corn malt and lime candy. The appearance is pale yellow with a small head. The taste is like the aroma. Overall a drinkable but forgettable beer.
