1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 SilkTork (4736) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, - NOV 25, 2011
From local corner shop. This is a clearly a Desperados clone, and it’s just as ugly. A sweet, lemon hinted pale lager with chemical flavouring. Not that nice, but drinkable, and there are worse beers out there.

Bottled King Billy Northampton. An orange/gold headless beer. Sweet and tequila accented. Orangey fruity flavours. So much nicer than Desperados. Actually acceptable.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 jolo (603) - Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA - NOV 27, 2011
Bottle at the Cape Town Festival of Beer 2011. (as Amigos Tequila Flavoured Beer) A clear light yellow colour with a small, good lacing white head. An aroma of apple and citrus. The taste is heavy sweet. A thin body, sticky texture, fizzy carbonation and a short duration. Not my kind of beer.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 berkshirejohn (3014) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 27, 2011
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2011 33cl bottle picked up in Hastings. Straw coloured with a billowing white head; aroma of tequila and lime; full-bodied with a reasonable tequila flavour and a dry limey citrus tang; but lacking finish. Not bad, and better than Desperados.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 worldbeertaste (613) - Lancashire, ENGLAND - SEP 19, 2011
Smell of lime with a hint of Tequila, some malt. Pours a medium gold with a white head that stays. Medium carbonation and light body. Taste of citrus - tequila, vegetable and cardboard. I bought it as a chaser and its meant for light drinking while partying. It is drinkable and has a light feel for 6% but I would prefer to never drink it again.

Drank this from a bottle, clear bottle pale in colour, taste is very sweet with some citrus flavours, couldn’t taste the tequila and I was surprised about how strong this beer is
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 DruncanVeasey (5136) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Prem, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 21, 2010
UPDATED: JUN 18, 2011 ’Intended for 18-24 year-olds with a fun-loving personality’. Well, I’m older than 24 and a miserable cunt, so I’m unlikely to fully appreciate this. Smell of lime and something you’d squirt down the toilet. Forms a head that stays there. Bright and inoffensive; lime and tequlia beating off the toilet cleaner and chemicals with a stick. One pine needle. Clear bottle, Bacardi Breezer with an added squeeze of lime, 6% alcohol. Nothing to do with beer, but it’s alright.
