3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Koelschtrinker (7034) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 3, 2011
Gelungener vollmundigerund harmonischer Bock. 11/13/12/13/12/12

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2007
(bottle) Almost clear, chestnut colour with a fluffy, persistent off-white foamy head. Dusty, moderately sweet and toasty aroma with a distinctive spicy herbal hoppy note. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Well-balanced sweet maltiness with herbal hoppy effects from the beginning; mild malty and moderately bitter finish. This one has also the distinctive rural Dorn-Bräu character. Superb.
