bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy amber golden colour, large and very creamy and persistant white head. Shy fruity nose, slightly yeasty. Intensive malt flavours, slightly yeasty with a touch of caramel. Delicious rural character. A delight.

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Slightly hazy golden color. Sweetish grainy maltiness with ranchid butter. Dryer malty flavor with cooked corn, tart apple and grass. Tastes stale, like some had poured tart apple juice into my beer.

Bottle. Salty/hard water citric aroma. Cloudy amber, plentifull carbonation, big white lace. Toffee malt base, good grassy and citric hops, underlying saltyness. Sparkly, yet chewy. Moreish.

(bottle) pours a hazy deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of grainy roasted malts and straw, with a hint of raisins and herbal hops. flavour is mostly the same, quite sweet and grainy, with a hint of grape juice and a slightly tart, soapy finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, apple notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120324]

Hazy golden color. Nice aroma of malt and cereals. Weak body, and weak flavor too, low bitterness. Quite poor, then.

Bottle @ Miss January / AA Meeting Afterparty Tasting, March 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Grassy and grainy nose and flavor. Herbal. Medium and smooth. Could use some hops and bitterness.

Bottled 50cl. Hazy golden. Poor nose. Malt accented. Medium bodied. Diacetyl throughout. Dissapointing.

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also. Starts mild, fine yeasty-malty with spicy notes. Modest dry, not too bitter. Well balanced finish, still fine spicy. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Butter and Werthers original in the aroma. Rancid butter and peach in the flavor. A diacetyl nightmare.

(bottle) Hazy, deep golden to light-amber colour with a thick and slightly tanned foamy head. Cara-malty and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma with subtle fruity notes, as well as herbal and hay-like hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a still spritzy but also well-matured carbonation. Slightly yeasty and fruity (cara-)malt-character with herbal and spicy hops; medium dry and lasting hoppy finish with a very good bitterness-sweetness ratio. A classy Kellerbier, very good. 03.II.12
