Bottle @ Konji African restaurant. Dark orange-brown with no lasting head. Simplistic sweet bready malt aromas and flavors. Is a clean, simple bready beer with a watery palate. Not bad, just simple.

Bottle, 5.6%. Aroma of dark malts, hint of butter. Clear dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is very buttery, like real butter, not just diacetyl, but nonetheless not that good.

Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, firm creamy off-white head; barnyardy, sweet dark-malty and also a bit "oaky" hoppy nose; light bitter-sweet flavour, mild MF; distinctive aromatic hoppy and malty finish. A spicy dark Landbier by an excellent brewer.......

MoritzF (8590) - Bochum, GERMANY - FEB 22, 2007
(bottle) Slightly hazy, chestnut colour with a fluffy, quite persistent off-white foamy head. Dusty, slightly sweet toast-malty aroma wih the typical Dorn-Bräu barnyard-character, accompanied with a good dose of herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Malt-accented, toasty taste with toffee and light notes of chocolate. Moderately dry, toasty and slightly bitter finish.
