Bottled. A dark brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel as well as light notes of butter. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of butter, leading to a dry finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark hazzlenut brown and clear with a creamy tan head. Mild spiced, vaguely butterish and breadish malt aroma. Flavour is mild breadish and slight spiced. Medium dry flavour. Light bitterness into a malt dense finish.

Bottle. Starts of slightly sweet, with some subtle nutty caramel notes, bready malt. Finishes off dry with some nice grassy hops, and a mild bitterness. Very drinkable.

Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, firm creamy off-white head; barnyardy, sweet dark-malty and also a bit "oaky" hoppy nose; light bitter-sweet flavour, mild MF; distinctive aromatic hoppy and malty finish. A spicy dark Landbier by an excellent brewer.......

(bottle) Slightly hazy, chestnut colour with a fluffy, quite persistent off-white foamy head. Dusty, slightly sweet toast-malty aroma wih the typical Dorn-Bräu barnyard-character, accompanied with a good dose of herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Malt-accented, toasty taste with toffee and light notes of chocolate. Moderately dry, toasty and slightly bitter finish.
