First enjoyed May 28th, 2014. And I do mean enjoyed. I’m not sure why I didn’t rate it until now.

Hazy gold pour with no head. Light mouth. Aroma of sugar and candy. Long candy like finish. Sugary and sweet taste, but had a nice balance to it.

Dark amber in color, thin white head. Super Strong Belgian flavors. I was impressed with this beer. Great malts, yeasts and hops aroma, flavors and finish.

Tap at Amnesia, Portland - 07/11/12 listed as 7.666% ABV. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin white head. Nose comprises Belgian yeast, caramel, spice, lemon. Tastes of Belgian yeast strains, caramel malt, touch of funk, barnyard, some spice. Fullish bodied, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Decent enough take on the style.

Draft @ Brewpub: Poured a golden color with a light white head. The nose is up front with noble hops, belgian yeast and light sweet malt. Balanced body and a sweet flavor. Spicy and yeasty though and a light hop note in the tail. Not bad.
