Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a malty hoppy bitter aroma with some pine hints. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter warming flavor with hints of citrus. Has a malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Translucent dark amber. Thick off-white cap. Not much aroma. A bit too malty for my liking, but still alright.

Mild balanced aroma--floral woodsy hops & caramel. Minimal head on draft. A little watery in the mouth. Pleasant flavors, clean and milder.

On tap at Venti’s South. A darker than normal pour for a India Pale Ale. Interesting mix of flavors. Sweet throughout with a slight bitter finish. Seemed to get weaker and a bit watery the more I drank. An OK beer.

Red/brown. A dull nose but a beautiful and very interesting hop character plays well off of caramelly malts in the mouth.

An okay IPA, similar hop profile to the Copacetic, but bigger maltier bodier ups the ABV and lowers the perceived IBU.

Tap at the brewery. Dark orange amber pour. Citrus hop aroma, slightly muted for such big hops. Nice smooth malt body with a grapefruit hop bitterness. Decent brew.

Lubiere (6979) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 7, 2010
A dark orange amber IPA with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, another vegetal and beany malt, with rather European hops. In mouth, a grainy malt with watery body, light British hops, again boring. On tap at Horse Brass Pub, Sept. 4 2010.
