Wenig hopfiger Antrunk, später bitter werdend. Ansonsten ein eher laffes Bier ohne Besonderheiten. 8/7/7/6/6/7

Watery for a cream beer. Mild and light with some light caramel and butter flavors. Picked it up in Braga with Nick and Kent in 2014.

courtesy of André Gonçalves - cloudy orange beer with a long lasting white foam; restrained and nervous flowery hoppiness with yellow fruits underneath; thin-bodied and light astringent, rough bitterness and with a short flowery hoppy finish - has the characteristics of a green beer

Review according to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 6A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 001-14. AROMA: faint hop and DMS aromas with some very faint straw/hull and malt notes. APPEARANCE: pale straw color with a white head that vanishes almost instantly. hazy with a lot of sediment with very low sedimentation rate, even for an unfiltered beer. somewhat sparkling. TASTE: low bitterness and maltiness with faint hop flavours. some DMS is present. somewhat dry finish. faint to no esters noticeable. PALATE: light body and crisp. medium carbonation with a fizzy sensation on the tongue. OVERALL: a good aproximation to a classic Cream Ale and very thirst quenching.

500 ml bottle. From a trade with andregoncalves. Thanks André!
Slightly cloudy golden colour with a tiny white head. The aroma is yeast, mild sourness, mild hops and green apples. The flavour is... very mild... some malt, green apple and mild yeast. Not very flavoursome.
