Leggy Blonde was designed with our beer garden patio in mind…something refreshing and easy drinking, perfect for taking in the view and spending the afternoon with friends. A simple recipe of pilsner malt, carapils, and Abbey Ale yeast gives this blonde ale much more character than it’s American counterpart. Fruity Belgian esters in the aroma as well as notes of honey and bubblegum. Body is dry and effervescent, very quenching! Leggy Blonde goes with lighter fare, try it with our Sweet & Citrus salad with herb marinated chicken.

Rating #1513 - 17.03.2015 On tap at Amplified Ale Works. Mildly hazy, golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is yeast, coriander, and cloves. Taste is mildly sweet, herbal. Light bodied, really lacking any character that is expansive - like a session belgian blonde.

Golden with a white head - Good hop with citrus aroma - Good malt back with a good hop citrus flavour with some nice yeasty notes as well - The hop and citrus goes into the finish and ends dry - This was nice

Paille, fromage léger, quelques épices, bonne acidité des céréales, amertume combinée avec un acide lactique omniprésent. Super engouffrable.

On tap at the source. It pours golden with a white head. The aroma has cereal grains, honey, bread crust and light fruity citrus. The flavor has a nice balance of fruity grape, pear and grainy bread crust. A bit sweet in the finish with medium earthy, floral bitterness. Decent.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours opaque copper with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like dried fruits, light raisin, light alcohol, roasted malt, nutty. Light/ medium body and low carbonation. Smells like dried fruits, raisin, booze, malty.

Sulfury smell, but not too bad. Flavor was coriander and light malt. Crisp and clean but it was a bit to coriander . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
