Bottle from Ren Kost Jægergårdsgade Århus. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Powerfull ginger aroma and flavor. Light bitter. Average finish. Pepper-notes. Watery palate.

Ginger aroma. Virtually none head. Clear, light yellow body. Light sweet and light bitter flavor with ginger in. Medium palate.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with small creamy white mostly diminishing head. Aroma is ginger. Sweet spicy flavor.

Das Getränk besteht zu 60% aus Amrita Fruchtgetränk und 40% Bioland Leichtbier. Helle Bierfarbe (nach Zugabe der Hefe schlammartig), deutlicher und frischer Ingwergeruch. Wasserantrunk, etwas bitter, stärker werdend und an Alkoholfreies erinnernd - es ist ja auch ein Leichtbier. Ingwer ist zwar im Hintergrund zu erkennen, allerdings weiß ich ja auch dass es vorhanden sein muss, nur im Mittelteil ist das Aroma kurz so stark, dass es auch ein nicht Eingeweihter erkennen kann. Das Getränk schmeckt weiter wie Wasser mit Spritzer und ändert daran auch im Abgang nichts. Mein Tip: "Lassen Sie das Amrita Ingwer im Regal stehen und trinken Sie lieber Wasser. Sie werden staunen wie positiv Ihre Geldbörse darauf reagieren wird." Mit Zugabe der Bodenhefe wird der Abgang muffig und etwas bitter, der Ingwerton scheint hier unpassend. Keine Besserung! Yellow and a bit unclear. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Clear aroma of fresh ginger. Not much beer in the flavor, sweet, fruit, no bitterness. Some lemon too. A bit artificial, but a nice ginger aroma.

Bottle. Pale yellow with tiny white head. Flavour is malt, watery and ginger.

(Bottle 0,33l) Herbs (ginger), sweet aroma, interesting. Hazy yellow color. Medium white head. Fizzy. Light sweet, light sour. Tastes like lemonade.

330ml bottle (Stockman, Tallinn)
6 Sweet gingery aroma, hint of something beery behind that
3 Sludgy sinky bits, poured with it all. Deep red.
6 Pleasant gingery taste, but with a decent malty base behind that
4 Fullish palate, and the ginger has a lovely kick. Sull and smooth, not necessarily spoilt by the crud.
12 Not so gimicky given how gingery it is.

0.33l bottle. Small white head with poor lacing. Pale hazy golden color. Honey and ginger aroma, ginger and lemon flavor. Light body, refreshing drink for hot days.
