1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear golden body with lots of small bubbles. Stable foamy grey head. Looks odd. Only a faint aroma. Pilsner malts, dough. So little smell that it’s hard to fault it... Taste is, unfortunately, exactly what you expect from a mass produced fully alcohol-free pils. Taste is full enough, but with that dreadful artificial sugar again. Bottle promises a soft hoppy taste, but there are no hops at all. Also promises burned malt, and I can’t find any of that. Compared to its direct competition, Bavaria’s 0.0 series, it’s okay. Compared to the better 0,5% beers on the market, like Weihenstephaner, this is crap. (33cl bottle, very cheap)

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
30cl bottle at Simone, Scheveningen. Body is clear pale, head is medium, white, fizzy, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Nose is malty, flavor is sugar, malt, light fruity, corn, tea. Heavy sweet, light bitter. Finish is medium lasting fresh water medium sweet. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing, good one but a bit far from a real beer.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml bottle at Schiphol Airport. Clear pale golden body with a small white head. Mild malty aroma. Pretty straight forward typical non-alcoholic lager flavor (Clausthaler etc.), some pale malt, low bitterness and not much more. Not the, best and certainly not the worst. No off flavors and a decent thirst quencher when driving and nothing more sophisticated is available.

0.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
I’m not a fan of regular Amstel Pilsner, to put it mildly. So it comes as no surprise that the non-alcohol version is of no use to me. I’ve had much better Low Alcohol beers.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
For a 0,0 really drinkable. A bit of leaves and earth with some thin moments. But this one goes down really easy for a softdrink.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours out of the can in a clear golden colour with steady head and medium body. Aroma of gains and straw. Taste of grains, hops, citrus and thyme. Grainy-dusty finish. Refreshing - not that bad for being alcoholfree.
