1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of bread and caramel malts. Flavour is sweet, has malts, and has a bitter ending. Alcohol well noticable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear yellow, with a fast-fading white head. A good taste with bits of everything, sweet, fresh fruit, citrus, bitter, alcohol and lots more. A good beer

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Very hoppy, citrus, little bit bread. Small fully dimishing white head and a yellow clear body. Slight bitter start, the finish is even more bitter. The duration is only medium. On the plate the beer has an light to medium body and an oily texture. The carbonation is only soft. The alcohol is a little bit to dominant.

1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
bottled, 300 ml. Looks very fascinating: pure golden color, thick creamy head, proper lacing. However alcohol and carbonation dominates this beer. Nothing interesting, just a Amstel Lager with too much alcohol

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Dark blond, almost orange appearance with a thin head that quickly fades to nothing. Sweet sugary aroma with a hint of alcohol. Slightly bitter at first before the mouth is filled with a overwhelmingly sweet sugary flavour. There’s some fruit in there too hidden behind the sugar, melon maybe. Texture is thick and unctuous.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
(Bottled) Clear golden color with a small white head. Sweetish, honey-malty aroma with typical "diesel" feel, and evident, but not that disturbing alcohol. Alcoholic, honey-fruity flavor with sweetish maltiness and low bitterness. Medium to full-bodied palate with quite low carbonation. A quite decent European strong, with enough malt, and clean and predictable flavor, true to the style.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle at home. Why’s there 7% in it? I think the taste would be pretty much the same as the normal Amstel Lager, maybe a fuller body when there wasn’t this alcoholic aroma. I don’t understand the people who talk about caramel fruit and that kind of things, I mostly taste the alcohol.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Drank in bottle form at home. A strong lager, sure, but not very subtle nor complex. Much better than other Amstel drinks.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Golden coloured brew. Too alcoholic and carbonated. Lacks of complexity. Aroma is uninteresting.
