UPDATED: AUG 7, 2011 Another one new but watery again beer from the Athenian Brewey. Dark Golden color. Nice white head, but that’s all. Almost no aroma and taste as usual! Some bitterness in taste and aftertaste but nothing to remind that you are drinking a pilsener. What the hell ? If you drink the Amstel Lager from Athenian Brewery you could find out that there’s almost no difference at all! Very watery ...

Can at yespr. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel. Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with notes of hops. Sweet finish.

Can. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, metallic hops, and malt, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

clear yellow, smooth white head. mild aroma, mild malty, very slightly sweet. flavor is malty, sweet malty, ordinary, but with a nice ssweetness.

33 cL can. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light cornish. Cornish, light grassy and toasted malty. Light bitter and medium dry finish.

Can 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a dense white head. A little grassy hops in the nose. Medium body, soft carbonation, a decent maltiness and some sulphur. Hardly any bitterness. 230512

.5l can from SuperVero in Belgrade, with B/C/S/M labeling. Pale wattery yellow, pretty darn typical. Slightly ’premium’ flavor, meaning a bit more malty extract. ok dry bittering, but still a rough, uninteresting macro lager.

Can. Pours a golden body, with a good average head that diminishes quickly, but leaves a good lacing. Malty aroma, bitter, sweet taste, but very watery. Thin to medium body, light carbonation, very watery palate. Average, but refreshing. Nevertheless, expensive for what it is.

Just slightly better than regular Amstel from Athenian Brewery. Nothing more nothing less

Ïåðâàÿ âàðêà Amstel Premium Pilsener áûëà ïîðó÷åíà ïåòåðáóðãñêîìó ôèëèàëó «Õåéíåêåíà». Íó, ýòî... óðà!  ïîñëåâêóñèè íà óäèâëåíèå îò÷åòëèâî ÷èòàåòñÿ ãîðüêèé õìåëü (íå àðîìàòíûé, à èìåííî ãîðüêèé), à â îñòàëüíîì ýòî âñå òîò æå ðÿäîâîé ïðåäñòàâèòåëü àðìèè àìñòåëî-õåéíåêåíîâ.
