3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Terrific bottle, great cold, outstanding as warmed. A few years aged, with slightly edgy wild characteristics, raspberry but also a bit sour cherry taste. Pinkish with little head. Great drinkability. Major league.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a deep pink with a light pink head. Aroma is quite tart with vinegar and raspberries - pinot barrels really show through. Tart berries through the body and finish showing some lambic like qualities. Pretty good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pinkish red-orange pour with thin ring of white foam. Aroma is quite fruity, tons and tons of raspberries, really nice funk, light citric acid, light winey notes. Taste is quite sour, light fruity sweetness, quite dry, herbal finish, very refreshing. Nice tart beer, not super sour, quite docile and enjoyable.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tasted a small sample at a BeerThief gathering. Beer was a very nice (berry nice!) pink with a little head. Aroma is not as goaty/funky as the Oud Beersel that we just tried. It’s a little lambicy, but with those raspberry tones. Taste is a little bit empty for me though. It’s sour but short-lived. A little boring was the consensus (sorry!)

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
(330mL bottle from LCBO) Pours a slightly murky pale red-brown, pinkish around the rim, pink-white head is medium, bubbly, short-lived. Aroma sour red fruit, funky, a bit lactic. Flavour is sour fruit at first, mixed up raspberry and sour cherry/vinous character (Pinot barrel?), bit of Brett. Raspberry builds up from the middle on along with some lactic character, somewhat acidic in the middle. Finishes quite dry and clean without a lot of flavour, a little creamy, maybe lightly tannic. Only a little bit of wood, I didn’t get that much barrel from this. Body medium, carb a bit high and soda-like for my taste. This is a good sour but I would’ve liked a bit more barrel and a bit more finish, especially as it’s pricey!

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 9/20
(A trade from Sammy) Greeted with a wonderful sour fruit and barnyard aroma. A cloudy raspberry red, with quickly disapearing off-white head and no lacing. The taste is WHOA! Sour fruit - raspberries/cherries,vinous, and wood culminating in a dry crisp finish. Medium-light body with crisp carbonation. Overall, a very well crafted and somewhat complex sour beer. Thanks Sammy. You did good!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from LCBO. Pours hazy red with a thin head. Tart dry raspberry aroma. Dry, sour, tart taste, with raspberry creeping up towards the end, and a clean grainy finish. Very pricey, but pretty tasty; well done, Amsterdam.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Small gusher upon opening)Pours a really hazy red with a thin cover of big bubbles that go away quite readily and do not leave any real lacing. Head can be revived but is always short-lived. Aroma is "flanders red-ish" with a light vinegar and sour red fruits. Taste is (bone) dry and lightly vinous. Not much acidity. Some raspberry flavors emerge along some wood and slight red wine. Body feels light and it is refreshing. Carbonation level is medium. Not bad but I believe this could have been soured more and/or have contained more fruit.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It pours dark-pink, with salmon highlights; the head is off-white and foamy. The aroma has notes of: barnyard funk, acute yeast funk, sweet berry notes, and floral notes. The taste is medium sour that has a subtle sweetness mid-way through, and finishes light bitter and medium astringent; there are notes of: yeasty-funks, lemon-juice. berries, and grapefruit zest. The palate is medium bodied, has medium carbonation, is slightly sticky, and has a medium finish. Overall, a decent sour beer.
