Aroma: true raspberry with grainy earthy seed feel. Not too sweet. Clean fresh approach.
Appearance: red with amber , fine haze. Rocky lighter top.4-
Palate / Taste: Medium bodied , thinner sides. Clean , mild berry tartness. Alcohol hides well. Neat brew.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin big bubble mocha head. In aroma, raspberry pulp with seeds, caramel malt, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet and sour raspberry mix with talcum notes, nice and smooth. On tap at A Night with Amsterdam and Friends, Feb 2 2013.

Draught at ’A Night with Amsterdam’, Volo, Feb. 2. Pours a deep amber-red with a small semi-lasting bubbly white head. Lovely aroma with lots of raspberries, raspberry seeds and some wood. Flavour is quite tart and sour with raspberries and lemon. Sour and awesome.

Pale pink-red pour. The nose is intensely raspberry laden and quite tart. A lot of lemony character with a clean tartness. Funky with a little bit of rich and lightly peppery flavour. Fresh and fruity. Really damn tasty.
