Pours a clear dark ruby with a large diminishing frothy pink head. Pink head?! That’s a first for me. Nice aroma of caramel malt and raspberries. Flavour is the same as the aroma but is a tad too sweet for me, but that’s a personal preference as this beer is very well made and enjoyable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Ruby-red body with a very thin fizzy head, pink. Real authentic rasberry aroma, not the artificial sweetness that seems like a hard candy that is present in a lot of beers. Was kind of expecting a sour, rather than a radler. Really minimal hop presense and soft carb. Sessionable for sure.Would be a great dessert beer.

Bien balancée. Bon goût de framboise. Pas vraiment acidulée, fruitée et rafraichissante. N’a pas de saveurs qui semblent artificielles. Je n’avais pas d’attente mais c’est finalement une bonne bière aux fruits.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a ruby red with a foamy white head with a slight pink hue. Aroma is what you’d expect, burst of fresh raspberries. Has a light-medium body with a fizzy almost champagne-like carbonation. The taste is fairly dry, not as sweet as a lot of raspberry beers I’ve had, which is nice for a change.

3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
650 ml bottle. Pours a clear orangeish amber with a resilient, orange-whitish head. Aroma is loads of raspberry, brown sugar and malt. Flavor is raspberry and herbal. Finish is very sour, tart. Some herbs, as well as unripe fruit peel. Lingering herbs, unripe raspberry, some earthy notes. Light to medium body, sticky mouthfeel and an average carbonation.

Raspberry, gee...nothing else. Copper...ringed white head. Sour raspberry, malt, a touch of skunk.

Tap @Amsterdam. Pours clear grape juice, medium beige-pink head, creamy and slow to dissipate, nice lacing. Aroma is really raspberry dominated. Flavor is light plus sweet, very light bitterness, lots of raspberry, some skins and stems, a bit of wheat. Medium body, high carbonation.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Probably my highest rated fruit beer yet. Pours a beautiful ruby red with a pinkish head. Aroma is amazing, basically just real strawberries. Tastes of raspberries, wheat, and some hops as well. Has a medium highly carbonated body. It is tart and sour but has a very refreshing natural raspberry aftertaste. Would love more of this brew.

Sip purloined from Marina’s glass at Bar Hop when she’s not looking -- this beer cost the amount of a Toronto down payment at the lcbo -- reveals this to be more of an Italian soda than a beer. Oh crap she caught me. And she’s doing that lip smacking thing, where you know she can’t stand the beer she’s drinking, which means I’m going end up finishing this for her while she ventures deeper into the beer list at Bar Hop. Before she pushes the glass towards me she says "it tastes like carbonated liquid NyQuil" & you know if you’re a brewer that’s not the thing you wanna read on a site like this.

650ml bottle, I think. Pink colour. The use of real fruit is apparent; very tart and no cloying sweetness or artificial flavours. However, not sure it is special enough to need a wax sealed cap and an $11 price tag. Six pack of 355ml bottles I could see buying it again as it was a very nice raspberry beer, but it was just nice.
