Aroma leather, some funk . hint of sour cherry, vanilla tad astringency hinted.
Appearance hazed gold with lighter top.
Flavor and Palate : Creamy with sweeter front. Mid semi-dry. Hop character on top. Interesting creation but felt as its elements did not worked together well.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a rather strange mix of vegetal and pepper notes, cave, talcum, so-so. In mouth, a sweet malt with cave notes, grapeskin, Brett notes, a bit too sweet and creamy. On tap at A Night with Amsterdam and Friends, Feb 2 2013.

On tap at Bar Volo, a few days after the Amsterdam takeover. Though not the most popular at the takeover, it was interesting. More of a farmhouse fun funkiness, with a winey taste character. Above average mouthfeel.

This beer has originality. Smells like wine barrels and floral hops. Tastes even like wine barrels. Pours cloudy blond with some lasting head and not much lacing. Aroma has a little booze as well. Finishes with booze and wine-fruity sweetness. Great. Tap at volos.
